Hey it must be Tuesday!

I feel great...two mornings of excercise in a row, two great days of eating! Now the trick is not falling apart as the week goes along. I always seem to do great on Monday and Tuesday and then stumble the rest of the week. However this is gonna be my week...I will excercise everyday and eat good too! How's that for some positive thinking.

Here is a little quote for you that I just read somewhere:

You just have to getting moving in the right direction. I think we all feel that from time to time...I'm on the right track, but I'm not really getting where I want to go. It's probably because we do to much sitting and not enough moving in the right direction. Wow is this like Dr. Phil or something? Sorry about all that.

Lots of people have asked me about what I have been eating. I will let you know about that tomorrow and give you an idea of what has been working for me. Probably not for everyone, but maybe someone will benefit from it.

Can I do 3 good days in a row?
I'll let ya know how it goes...
