This is sooooo easy...
I swear I'm gonna be down like 50 pounds in no time at all. OK I admit I'm feeling really good about this right now. It just seems to be going soooooo well. I did my workout again this morning and I have been eating great! The biggest battle is staying positive. Right now I'm feeling like a champ and that I won't have any problems. We all know the truth...it won't always be so easy or fun. But I'm enjoying this feeling while I can...Think I'll celebrate being so proud of myself with some cake and ice cream. Just kiddin.
Here is a typical day of eating for me( I have a goofy schedule)...
5am-
Bagel(cinnamon and raisin) Or Plain with Peanut butter Or Protien Bar
Orange
Cucumber(I love these darn things eat them all the time)
9am- SNACK
Yogurt or Peanuts or String cheese
11am- Lunch
lean cuisine meal(smaller meal) or
2 Tyson chicken breast(precooked from costco) Teriyaki or Mesquite
2pm-Snack
Jerky or Jello or Cucumber(did I mention I love 'em)OR Protien Bar
5 or 6ish DINNER-
Lean cuisine dinner(bigger meals) or
Salad and then whatever family is eating...try to eat the salad first and then eat my dinner...helps a ton.
Also I have usually not had a ton of calories during the day so it gives me some room to have a bigger dinner. If I have a really big one or not the best(pizza for example) I will try to at least burn some calories exercising before I go to bed.
8pm-TV SNACK
This one I just can't get rid of. I still have the late night snack....I know it's bad, but I still do it.
Good news is that it's usually a cucumber or some jerky or fat free pudding or fat free Jello and I always force myself to drink a big glass of water with it. That makes a huge difference.
Ok that is what I've been doing. I haven't been on a scale yet...however I am certainly feeling much better. I am gonna go to the gym today and weigh myself. I haven't been able to weigh myself at home because my scale only goes to 330pounds( how sad is that). Oh well, I am interested in seeing what I've lost. I know it's not the best measuring tool, but I still want to see what I"ve done so far.
I'll let ya know how it goes....
